This 85–100 minute experience blends ancient practices with modern intuition, guiding you through a ritual of deep relaxation, renewal and empowerment.
What to Expect
1. Connection & Intention
We begin with a personalised consultation, exploring how you’re feeling and what you most want to shift. This sets the tone for your realignment.
2. Chakra Balancing & Energy Clearing
Using crystals, a pendulum, and hands-off energy work, I will restore balance across your chakras, gently clearing stagnant energy to bring flow back into your system.
3. Guided Meditation
You’ll then be guided into a calm, restorative meditation - which may also weave in moon phase energy and astrological insight - to anchor the shifts, to reconnect you to your inner centre and to allow you to access a deeply restorative, inner space.
4. Tarot Guidance
To close, I will draw upon the wisdom of the tarot in a personalised reading to help you gain further insight, inspiration and clarity - helping you carry the alignment forward into everyday life
5. Release
Pick an optional elemental release, with a symbolic letting go of what you no longer need
